The press release stated that “EPSO received a call from Bossier Parish Sheriff’s Office requesting assistance in reference to an outstanding warrant on a black male” who was believed to be staying at a “residence on Wilson Campbell Road,” in Evangeline Parish.
Jordan, who was wanted for armed robbery and aggravated battery, “was apprehended by Evangeline Parish Sheriff’s deputies and detectives at the address of 1227 Wilson Campbell Rd.”

On January 10, 2016, Pine Prairie Detective Josh Estes made a routine traffic stop after observing a green truck driven by Wiley Eugene Henry, had no license plate.
According to the release, Henry “was acting very erratic.” Henry’s behavior led Estes to obtain a verbal consent to search the vehicle.”
Before conducting a search of Henry’s vehicle, according to the press release, “Henry advised Estes that there was a pipe used to smoke meth wrapped in a Crown Royal bag” in the truck.
After being informed of this, Estes proceeded to search the area of the truck where Henry was sitting. It was there that Estes found the pipe wrapped in the Crown Royal bag on the floor board. Estes proceeded to search the rest of the vehicle, but nothing else was found.
Along with assistance from Police Chief L.C. Deshotel, Estes arrested Henry and charged him with driving under suspension and possession of drug paraphernalia.
