EPSO Arrest Reports

The Evangeline Parish Sheriff’s Office reported 23 recent bookings into the town jail. Arrested were the following persons:
•Bobby J. Thomas, 36, 1865 Barbara Lane, Ville Platte, was arrested on May 12, 2016 for criminal damage to property, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, simple burglary of an inhabited dwelling and criminal trespassing. Thomas’ bond was set at $105,000.00.
•Jude S. Rachal, 18, 145 Derrick Lane, Cottonport, was arrested on May 13, 2016 for DWI, use of multiple beam road lighting equipment, suspension/revocation/cancellation of license. Rachal was released from jail on a $5,000.00 bond.
•Krystal T. Clark, 50, 5536 St. Landry Hwy., Ville Platte was arrested on May 13, 2016 for disturbing the peace.
•Tonnie K. Frank, 55, 215 Peter Smith Rd., Morrow, was arrested by State Police on May 14, 2016 for DWI, driving left of center, and operating a vehicle with a suspended license. Frank was released from jail on a $5,000.00 bond.
•Vickie L. Joubert Dupre, 48, 538 Marks Rd., Opelousas, was arrested by State Police on May 14, 2016 for DWI (second offense), driving left of center, and open container. Dupre was released from jail on a $3,000.00 bond.
•Chad E. Gautreaux, 45, 1211 Second St., Pine Prairie, was arrested by State Police on May 15, 2016 for DWI.
•Gideon L. Joseph, 26, 705 Hickory St., Mamou, was arrested on May 16, 2016 for improper lane usage, flight from an officer, failure to stop at stop signs and yield at yield signs, aggravated flight from an officer, driving under suspension, possession of alcoholic beverage in vehicle and reckless operation of a vehicle. Joseph was released from jail on a $41,000.00 bond.
•Darrell W. Jack, 56, 904 Hudson St., Oakdale, was arrested on May 16, 2016 for aggravated battery. Jack was released from jail on a $7,500.00 bond.
•Terry J. Serie, Jr., 25, 605 N. Soileau St., Ville Platte, was arrested on May 16, 2016 for domestic abuse battery, aggravated kidnapping (two counts), theft of furniture (four counts), theft of cell phone (three counts) and simple burglary (four counts). Serie’s bond was set at $88,000.00.
•Olsen Z. E. Namake, 19, 2802 Old Hwy. 13, Mamou, was arrested on May 16, 2016 for domestic abuse batter and criminal damage to property. Namake was released form jail on a $25,000.00 bond.
•Heather L. Miller, 24, 3215 Louisiana Ave., Lake Charles, was arrested on May 16, 2016 for issuing worthless checks (two counts). Miller was released from jail on a $350.00 bond.
•Thaddeus A. Donatto, 29, 1605 Merridth St., Opelousas, was arrested on May 17, 2016 for resisting an officer and distribution of a schedule IV CDS. Donatto’s bond was set at $50,000.00.
•Casey O. Joseph, 24, 401 N. Chataignier St., Ville Platte, was arrested on May 17, 2016 for armed robbery, second degree battery (two counts) and aggravated battery (two counts). Joseph’s bond was set at $125,000.00.
•Natasha S. Gallow, 35, 121 Johnson St., Eunice, was arrested by State Police on May 17, 2016 for driving under suspension for DWI. Gallow was released from jail on a $1,600.00 bond.
•Lawrence O. Chenier, 31, 1863 Hwy. 749, Opelousas, was arrested on May 17, 2016 for obscenity and distribution of a schedule IV CDS. Chenier’s bond was set at $50,000.00.
•Ray A. Malveaux, 41, 1153 Jackson St., Mamou, was arrested by State Police on May 17, 2016 for DWI, careless operation, owner to secure registration and criminal sanction for operation of a motor vehicle not covered by security. Malveaux was released from jail on a $3,500.00 bond.
•Norris L. Gallow, 32, 2394 Woodman Drive Lot 4, Ville Platte, was arrested on May 17, 2016 for careless operation, driving under suspension and resisting an officer (two counts). Gallow was released from jail on a $15,000.00 bond.
•Benjamin A. Johnson, 38, 3327 Tate Cove Rd., Ville Platte, was arrested on June 3, 2016 for no headlights, no registration for vehicle and theft of a license plate. Johnson was released from jail on a $2,000.00 bond.
•Nicole A. Godeaux, 38, 3422 2nd St., Basile, was arrested on June 3, 2016 for identity theft. Godeaux was released from jail on a $2,500.00 bond.
•Vallery A. Thomassie, 33, 7376 Hwy. North, Ville Platte, was arrested on June 4, 2016 for theft on license plate. Thomassie was released from jail on a $1,500.00.
•Jessie L. Carpenter, 20, 1623 Belaire Cove Rd., Ville Platte, was arrested on June 5, 2016 for possession of schedule I of a CDS, possession of alcoholic beverage in vehicle and purchase and possession of alcoholic beverage by a person under the age of 21. Carpenter’s bond was set at $25,000.00.
•Mark J. Deshotels, 59, 495 Lanse Meg Rd., Mamou, was arrested on June 10, 2016 for DWI, improper lane usage, open container violation and public intimidation. Deshotels was released from jail on a $1,800.00 bond.
•Hezekiah Thomas, 24, 704 Court St., Ville Platte, was arrested on June 10, 2016 for possession of a schedule I CDS and issuing worthless checks (one count). Thomas’ bond was set at $1,725.00.
