EPSO Arrest Reports

The Evangeline Parish Sheriff’s Office reported 24 recent bookings into the parish jail. Arrested were the following persons:
• Dawn B. Fontenot, 34, 1080 Pine Hall Rd., Ville Platte, was arrested on December 22, 2016 for a probation hold. Fontenot remains incarcerated at this time.
• Johnathon Z. Bias, 23, 1236 W. Live Oak St., Ville Platte, was arrested on December 24, 2016 for introduction of contraband and probation violation. Bias remains incarcerated on a $25,000.00 bond.
• Suella D. Charles, 36, 113 W. Live Oak St., Ville Platte, was arrested on December 25, 2016 for disturbing the peace, remaining after being forbidden and resisting an officer. Charles was released from jail on a $1,500.00 bond.
• Derick B Guillory, 19, 1040 Midway Drive, Ville Platte, was arrested on December 26, 2016 for illegal use of a weapon or dangerous instrument (felony), aggravated assault with a firearm (felony), and simple battery (misdemeanor). Guillory was released from jail on a $50,000.00 bond.
• Mario J. Cardenas, 19, 1777 Highway 115, St. Landry, was arrested on December 27, 2016 for switched plate, resisting an officer, and possession of marijuana. Cardenas remains incarcerated on a $25,000.00 bond.
• Elijah M. White, 19, 1845 Zachary St., Mamou, was arrested on December 27, 2016 for disturbing the peace. White was released from jail on a $3,000.00 bond.
• Damian M. Williams, 18, 1067 Shorty Lane, Mamou, was arrested on December 27, 2016 for armed robbery or attempted with use of firearm (felony) and simply battery (misdemeanor). Williams remains incarcerated on a $100,000.00 bond.
• David S. Deville, 43, 1178 Turkey Hallow Rd., Ville Platte, was arrested on December 28, 2016 for possession of paraphernalia, open container, and second degree battery. Deville was released from jail on a $5,000.00 bond.
• Andrea M. Fuselier, 32, 920 Fifth St., Mamou, was arrested on December 28, 2016 for probation violation and failure to appear for traffic trial. Fuselier remains incarcerated.
• Rusty W. Jack, 27, 2916 Veterans Memorial Highway, Mamou, was arrested on December 28, 2016 for monetary instrument. Jack was released from jail on a $10,000.00 bond.
• Alexis Frank, 33, 819 N. Reed St., Ville Platte, was arrested on December 28, 2016 for theft by shoplifting. Frank was released from jail on a $5,000.00 bond.
• Robert D. Messer, 45, 1038 Cemetary Rd., Ville Platte, was arreted on December 28, 2016 for possession of a schedul II with the intent to distribute. Messer was released from jail on a $25,000.00 bond.
• Johnathon T. Fontenot, 27, 5145 St. Landry Hwy., Ville Platte, was arrested on December 29, 2016 for possession of a schedule II (methamphetamine), possession of a schedule I (marijuana), and possession of drug paraphernalia. Fontenot was released from jail on a $35,000.00 bond.
• Elton Tezeno, Jr., 39, 2633 Tate Cove Rd., Ville Platte, was arrested on December 30, 2016 for attempted second degree murder. Tezeno remains incarcerated on a $350,000.00 bond.
• Randy Freeman, 43, 700 8th St., Mamou, was arrested on January 1, 2017 for domestic abuse battery (misdemeanor). Freeman remains incarcerated.
• David S. Smith, 39, 834 Louisiana Ave., Ville Platte, was arrested on January 1, 2017 for simple battery. Smith was released from jail on a $1,500.00 bond.
• Chermayne H. Dominique, 18, 720 Madison St., Opelousas, was arrested on January 1, 2017 for introduction of illegal contraband into a correction facility (three counts). Dominique was released from jail on a $25,000.00 bond.
• Ashley D. Lamb, 25, 1096 Acadian Dr., Ville Platte, was arrested on January 2, 2017 for failure to appear for arraignment. Lamb was released from jail on a $250.00 bond.
• John M. Ardoin, 49, 209 Renee Ave., Lafayette, was arrested on January 2, 2017 for driving while intoxicated (DWI), careless operation, and open container. Ardoin was released from jail on a $1,500.00 bond.
• Dustin M. Sidwell, 31, 1100 Elm St. Apt. 156, Mamou, was arrested on January 2, 2017 for probation violation. Sidwell was released from jail.
• Lawrence L. Blalock, 28, 1150 Oliver St., St. Landry, was arrested on January 2, 2017 for domestic abuse. Blalock was released from jail on a $5,000.00 bond.
• Madison R. Catoire, 30, 1431 LaHaye Rd., Mamou, was arrested on January 2, 2017 for probation and parole hold and theft of a motor vehicle. Catoire remains incarcerated on a $25,000.00 bond.
• Donald D. Williams, 32, 208 N. Dupre St., Ville Platte, was arrested on January 3, 2017 for probation violation. Williams was released from jail.
• Jorden D. Leday, 17, 1820 Sam St., Opelousas, was arrested on January 03, 2017 for failure to appear for trial probing. Leday was released from jail.
