Evangeline Parish Sheriff’s Office lists 15 recent arrests

The Evangeline Parish Sheriff’s Office reported 15 bookings recently in the parish jail.
Arrested were the following:
•Kyle Brent Godeaux, 35, 5473 Lanse Bleu Road, Ville Platte, was charged October 1, with reckless operation, disobeying a work zone, disturbing the peace and criminal damage to property (three counts). Godeaux was released on an $8,000 bond.
•Heath C. Brown, 37, 473 Austin Road, Ville Platte, was charged October 1, with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. Brown was released on a $15,000 bond.
•Michael Nathaniel Arvie, 34, 6582 Pine Prairie Road, Ville Platte, was charged October 3, with disturbing the peace. Arvie was released on a $1,000 bond.
•Joseph F. Brignac Jr., 42, 7739 Veterans Memorial Highway, Ville Platte, was charged October 4, with DWI (third offense), careless operation and reckless operation. Brignac was released on a $10,000 bond.
•Jessica Lynn Vidrine, 30, 4292 St. Landry Highway, St. Landry, was charged October 4, with distribution of Schedule III narcotics, distribution of Schedule IV narcotics (two counts). Vidrine was released on a $20,000 bond.
•Efton Wayne Rideaux, 46, 820 Ash St., Mamou, was charged October 5, with domestic abuse battery. Rideaux was released on a $5,000 bond.
•Gregory Ryan Gautreaux, 22, 1049 Turkey Creek Highway, Ville Platte, was charged October 4, with possession of drug paraphernalia, possession with intent to distribute Schedule II narcotics and illegal use of a controlled dangerous substance in the presence of a person under 17. Gautreaux remained incarcerated on a $25,000 bond.
•Norman Luke King, 34, 14542 Veterans Memorial Highway, Ville Platte, was charged October 4, with possession of drug paraphernalia, possession with intent to distribute Schedule II narcotics and illegal use of a controlled dangerous substance in the presence of a person under 17. King remained incarcerated on a $25,000 bond.
•Christopher Paul Jack, 28, 1014 Third St., Mamou, was charged October 7, with illegal possession of stolen things, theft of animals and driving under suspension. Jack remained incarcerated on a $15,000 bond.
•Erliss Celestine III, 18, 1106 Three Sisters Road, Ville Platte, was charged October 7, with illegal possession of stolen things and theft of animals. Celestine remained incarcerated on a $15,000 bond.
•Hannah Michelle Brignac, 20, 7739 Veterans Memorial Highway, Ville Platte, was charged October 8, with DWI (second offense), burnt head light, cancelled plate and no insurance. Brignac was released on a $2,276.50 bond.
•Tommy Travis Smith, 21, 1813 Boozoo St., Mamou, was charged October 8, with monetary instrument abuse. Smith remained incarcerated on a $5,000 bond.
•Jason Fontenot, 35, 1826 Lou Anna St., Mamou, was charged October 8, with theft over $19,812. Fontenot was released on a $15,000 bond.
•Shuntonia Andrea Patin, 32, 1826 Lou Anna St., Mamou, was charged October 8, with theft over $19,812. Patin was released on a $15,000 bond.
•Justin Kayne Richard, 19, 1072 Sam Lake Road, Mamou, was charged October 8, with theft ($500) and burglary. Richard remained incarcerated on a $54,500 bond.
