Mamou police report nine recent arrests

The Mamou Police Department reported nine recent bookings into the town jail.
Arrested were the following persons:
•Ronney Thomas, 17, 1305 Fifth St., Mamou, was charged July 21, with remaining after being forbidden and aggravated assault. Thomas was transferred to the parish jail.
•Darrell Gradney, 25, 425 Fourth St., Mamou, was charged July 24, with disturbing the peace by fighting. Gradney bonded out of jail the same day.
•Jacob Perron, 22, 195 Yves Lane, Ville Platte, was charged July 24, with disturbing the peace by fighting. Perron bonded out of jail the same day.
•Joseph J. Brignac, 1044 Nature Road, Ville Platte, was charged July 24, with disturbing the peace by fighting. Brignac bonded out of jail the same day.
•Luca Granger, 20, 2333 Highway 19, Mamou, was charged July 24, with disturbing the peace by fighting. Granger bonded out of jail the same day.
•Anthony Gotreaux, 51, 817 Pine St., Mamou, was charged July 25, with domestic abuse battery. Gotreaux was transferred to the parish jail.
•Georgina Halsey, 43, 16111 Fuselier Rd., Mamou, was charged July 25, with theft. Halsey was released from jail.
•Brenda Williams, 50, 1067 Shorty Lane, Mamou, was charged July 25, with theft of goods and improper supervision on children. Williams was released from jail.
•Adrienne Castille, 31, 104 East St., Mamou, was charged July 26, with simple battery. Castille remained in jail at press time.
