Ville Platte City Court issues bench warrants for April

The following individuals failed to appear in the Ville Platte City Court. Bench warrants have been issued by Judge Gregory Vidrine for these individuals for their failure to appear in court on traffic tickets and other misdemeanor charges for the month of April.
•Jeremy Fontenot, 303 South Chataignier, Ville Platte, was charged with no insurance on dog.
•Jonathan Frank, 714 North Coreil St., Ville Platte, was charged with driving under suspension and careless operation.
•Sedrick Roberts, 701 MacArthur Drive, Apt. #189, Ville Platte, was charged with disturbing the peace.
•David Thomas, 1802 Kembo Ave., Ville Platte, was charged with disobeying a traffic signal/red light.
•Monique West, 934 South Chataignier St., Ville Platte, was charged with contempt of court (four counts).
•Patric Calvin, 1214 Martin Luther King St., Ville Platte, was charged with foot traffic/reflective gear.
•Derek Lecompte Sr., 1222 Cherbourg, Opelousas, was charged with foot traffic/reflective gear, obstructing public passages and disturbing the peace while intoxicated.
•Monique West, 934 South Chataignier St., Ville Platte, was charged with disturbing the peace by fighting.
•Krystle Fontenot, 708 South Ardoin St., Ville Platte, was charged with disobeying a stop sign.
•Brian Henry, 578 Belaire Cove Road, Ville Platte, was charged with disobeying a stop sign and driving/operating a vehicle while license is suspended.
•Josie Jacko, 1110 Verna St., Apt. 207, Ville Platte, was charged with battery.
•Daryl Jones, 507 West Wilson St., Ville Platte, was charged with criminal damage.

•David Thomas, 1802 Kembo Ave., Ville Platte, was charged with no proof of insurance, no proof of registration and speeding.

•Darrell Ardoin, 112 East Desota St., Ville Platte, was charged with failure to return rental equipment.
