Ville Platte Police Department Arrest Reports

The Ville Platte Police Department reported six recent booking into the town jail. Arrested were the following persons:
• Glen Fontenot, 49, 1201 Belaire Cove Rd., was arrested on December 29, 2015 for theft of goods. Fontenot was released from jail on a $1,000.00 bond.
• Peter Seraille, 24, 514 W. Oak St., Ville Platte, was arrested on December 29, 2015 for simple battery. Seraille remains incarcerated on a $500.00 bond.
• Hannah Thomas, 29, 609 W. Oak St., Ville Platte, was arrested on December 30, 2015 for criminal mischief. Thomas was released from jail on a $400.00 bond.
• Dalilah Calvin, 33, 18th St., Lake Charles, was arrested on December 30, 2015 for possession of schedule II (crack cocaine). Clavin remains incarcerated.
• Murphy Lemelle, 35, 714 N. Stagg St., Ville Platte, was arrested on December 31, 2015 for simple drunk, resisting an officer, open container, and misrepresentation during booking. Lemelle was released from jail on a $1,350.00.
• Martin Bias, 48, 1111 W. Hickory St., Ville Platte, was arrested on December 31, 2015 for simple battery. Bias remains in jail on a $1,000.00 bond.
