Panthers end season with Red Devils

A road trip to Port Barre awaits the Pine Prairie Panthers. The Red Devils are coming off a loss to Northwest, a team the Panthers battled with for two quarters just two weeks ago. 

While the playoffs are out of the question for the Panthers, they surely could be a spoiler. The Panthers proved to the Raiders of Northwest they can go to a hostile area and battle tough. They had Northwest stressed going into halftime. This week, the Panthers are challenged to do the same. 

How can they be the spoiler? The Red Devils are going to the playoffs but need a win for a possible home game in the first round. If PPHS pulls the win tomorrow night, the Red Devils will surely be on the road. 

Kickoff is set for 7 p.m. in Port Barre at Red Devil Stadium.
