Jude Emile Feucht

MAMOU - Funeral services were held for Jude Emile Feucht, 69, of Mamou, at the Ardoin’s Funeral Home Chapel in Mamou at 10 a.m., Saturday, July 13. Burial followed in the New St. Ann’s Cemetery.

Mr. Feucht died Thursday, July 11, 2013, at Savoy Medical Center in Mamou. He was an electrician for over 30 years. He served our country as a sailor in the United States Navy. He enjoyed camping at his camp in Kinder and loved family outings. He was a loving father, devoted husband and awesome grandfather who loved his family and friends. He most recently became a great-grandfather and was a caring neighbor.

Survivors include his wife, Linda Keppner Feucht of Mamou; two sons, John Feucht and his wife, Teresa, of Lake Charles and Rick Tanner and his wife, Sherrie, of Maui, Hawaii; two brothers, Joseph Feucht and his wife, Cindy, of Lake Charles and James Feucht and his wife, Gretchen, of West, Texas; two sisters, Lisa Feucht of Eunice and Paula Vidrine and her husband, Marshal, of Lafayette; one sister-in-law; Sue Feucht; and five grandchildren, Chelsea Feucht, Rebecca Feucht, Austin Tanner, Wyatte Tanner and Aundria Dykstra.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Leo and Winnie Feucht; one daughter, Connie Ann Feucht; one son, Bill Tanner; one brother, Phillip Feucht; and three sisters, Francis Ann Vajgrt, Mary Vizina and Celine Feucht.

Father Alphonse Thainese officiated.
