PPHS Parent Meeting Night
for Grades 3-4 on Nov. 16
Pine Prairie High School will have a parent meeting night on November 16, 2016 for parents with students in grades 3-4. The meeting topic will be Eureka Math, and the presenters will be Tunita Carraway and Sherry Fusilier. The meeting will be held in PPHS’s elementary building, and will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Flashcards will be given to parents that attend the meeting. Parents that are unable to attend the parent meeting may receive the handouts, by requesting them from your child’s teacher. Parents that attend the meeting will receive a jean pass for their child.

Pine Prairie High School will have a parent meeting night on November 14, 2016 for parents with students in grades Kindergarten - 2nd. The meeting topic will be Eureka Math, and the presenters will be Alex Hazelton and Dee Dee Murray. The meeting will be held in PPHS’s elementary building, and will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Flashcards will be given to parents that attend the meeting. Parents that are unable to attend the parent meeting may receive the handouts, by requesting them from your child’s teacher. Parents that attend the meeting will receive a jean pass for their child.

Anniversary of Perpetual Adoration of the
Blessed Sacrament
The Catholic Church Parishes of Sacred Heart, O.L.Q.A.S. and St. Joseph will celebrate the 27th Anniversary of Perpetual Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament on Wednesday, November 16th, with a Holy Hour in Sacred Heart Church from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. Following the Holy Hour, there will be a Covered Dish Dinner in the Sacred Heart Meeting Room behind the church. Dishes may be brought to the meeting room before the Holy Hour. The Church will provide the main course and soft drinks. Adorers are asked to bring a covered dish of vegetable, dessert or bread. Everyone is welcome!

St. John Baptist Church Anniversary Service
The St. Paul Baptist Church will celebrate their 115th Church Anniversary Service Sunday, November 13, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. The location of the service will be at 834 W. Hickory St. The guest speaker will be Reverend Allen Ben of Zion Travelers Baptist Church. All are invited to attend.
