Magnolia Garden Club presents awards

The Magnolia Garden Club recently selected its Garden of the Month and Civic Pride Award winners for the month of March. The stately, two-story, white home of Herman and Cindy Doyle was selected as Garden of the Month. The location features large oak trees framing the lovely setting and well-groomed flower beds of colorful spring flowers. The Shell station on Tate Cove Road received the Civic Pride Award for the attractive flower beds featuring Sago palms and beautiful yellow spring flowers. The employees are Julie Butler, supervisor from DeRidder; and Debbie Joubert, manager.
