Man sought for five counts of aggravated rape

Abbeville Police are actively seeking Willie Ralph Pitts, 55, for five counts of aggravated rape of a juvenile.

Pitts was last known to be in the Leesville, LA area and stands six feet tall and weighs 270 pounds and has a tattoo on his chest that reads “GWENN”.

He has a long criminal history and is believed to be armed with a handgun.

According to Abbeville Police Detective Stan Suire, Willie was quoted saying that he will not go back to jail.

Pitts has family in New Orleans and Atlanta, Georgia.
