Margaret “Nen” Attle

Funeral services will be held for Margaret “Nen” Attle, 72, of Ville Platte, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Ville Platte at 10 a.m., Saturday, April 30. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
Mrs. Attle died Monday, April 25, 2016, at Savoy Medical Center in Mamou.
Survivors include her husband, George Attle of Ville Platte; five daughters, Fredia A. Jack (John) and Sheila Shillow (Jason), both of Mamou, Fredia N. Anderson (Raymond) of Ville Platte, Ramona Dejean of Naples, Florida, and Felita Mitchell (Chris) of Lafayette; four brothers, Walter LaRose (Lorita), John LaRose (Mildred), Harry LaRose (Patricia) and Steve LaRose, all of Houston, Texas; one sister, Darvona Guillory (Daniel) of Houston, Texas; 11 grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Octace and Mary LaRose; one son, Walter G. (Bozo) Attle; two brothers, Raymond LaRose and McGaffe LaRose; three sisters, Versie Richard, Gustavia Mose and Mary M. Ardoin; and one great-grandchild, Haydyn E. Attle.
Visitation will be observed from 5 p.m. - 9 p.m., Friday, April 29, at Williams Funeral Home in Ville Platte.
Williams Funeral Home of Ville Platte will be in charge of arrangements.
