Visitation for Markus Chase Guillory will be held Sunday, November 27, 2016 at Ardoin Funeral Home in Mamou at 10 a.m. until 9 p.m., resuming Monday, November 28, 2016 at 8 a.m. until service time. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Anns Catholic Church in Mamou at 10:30 a.m. Guillory will be laid to rest in the St. Anns Cemetery in Mamou.
Guillory, 27, a resident of Vidrine, passed away Thursday November 24, 2016.
Guillory was a 2013 Graduate of University of Louisiana at Lafayette with a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Technology. He loved life, the outdoors, hunting, fishing, and spending time with his family and friends. He was an adventurous man who enjoyed riding his motorcycle. He had a smile for everyone and a heart of gold.
Guillory will be sadly missed by all who know and loved him.
Guillory leaves behind his parents, Mark and Davlon Guillory; sister, Lainey and husband, Andre Doucet; brother, Kipp Guillory; nieces, Baiya and Finley; nephew, Gates; and grandparents, Terrell and Sue Deshotel and Bob Lane Guillory.
Guillory was preceded in death by his grandmother, Betty Ann Guillory.
Ardoin Funeral Home in Mamou is in charge of arrangements.
