Mavis Vidrine

September 1, 1928 - June 24, 2015
Funeral services will be held for Mavis Vidrine, 86, of Vidrine, at St. Ann’s Catholic Church in Mamou at 2 p.m., Friday, June 26. Burial will follow in the Ortego Cemetery.
Ms. Vidrine died Wednesday, June 24, 2015, at Savoy Care Center in Mamou.
Survivors include two daughters, Cheryl Lafleur and her husband, Tony, and Glenda Miller, both of Vidrine; one son, Donald Vidrine and his wife, Jackie, of Baton Rouge; 11 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; and five great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Viel Vidrine; and her parents, Deus and Exina Berzas Bondick.
Father Alphonse Thainese will officiate.
