Shane Brown

Funeral services were held for Shane Brown, 42, of Ville Platte, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Ville Platte at 11 a.m., Monday, July 27. Burial followed in the Fontenot Cemetery.
Mr. Brown died Friday, July 24, 2015. He was an avid hunter, fisherman and outdoorsman.  His greatest love was that of being a loving husband, son, father and brother.
Survivors include his wife of 16 years, Jada Morein Brown of Ville Platte; his parents, Curtis and Geneva McDaniel Brown of Tate Cove; and three sons, Draven Brown of Baton Rouge and Tyler Brown and Nicholas Brown, both of Ville Platte; one brother, Jamie Brown of Ville Platte; and one sister, Tina Brown and her fiancé, David Lanclos, of Arnaudville.
Father Richard Vidrine officiated.
