VPPD and Heritage Manor Halloween event

The 2017 Heritage Manor Trick Or Treat Event is being hosted by Heritage Manor Nursing Home and The Ville Platte Police Department. Here is our schedule so far.....
Candy collection has started. Please drop off candy at the Ville Platte Police Department at any time. In 2016 we gave out candy to over 300 kids, we need lots of candy!!!
Decorating pumpkins with the residents of Heritage Manor Nursing Home, on Thursday, October 19th, at 2:00 p.m.
All you need is a pumpkin and whatever decorations you would like to use. You can use paints, craft supplies or kits but no carving. You can arrive early if you need to get a head start on your pumpkin. judges will decide a winner at a later date and you will be announced as a decorating team!
Trick or Treat at Heritage Manor Nursing Home on October 30, 2017 from 5:00 pm until 8:00 pm Children must be in a costume and accompanied by an adult.
When you do your fall cleaning please consider donating a coat in good condition. We will have someone at Heritage Manor to collect coats when you bring the kids trick or treating.
