Mr. Deville, Miss West plan May nuptials

The engagement of Miss Jessie West to Mr. Troy Deville, the son of Troy Deville of Point Blue and Rachael Welch of Lake Charles, has been announced by her parents, Joey and Julie West of Pine Prairie.
The couple will exchange wedding vows Saturday, May 9, 2015, during a 5 p.m. ceremony at First Baptist Church in Pine Prairie.
A 2008 graduate of Pine Prairie High School, Miss West received a bachelor’s degree in social work from Louisiana College in Pineville and a master’s degree in social work from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge. She is currently employed as a social worker with the New Horizons Intensive Outpatient Program in Mamou.
A 2011 graduate of Ville Platte High School, Mr. Deville is currently pursuing a degree in industrial electronics technology at South Louisiana Community College in Opelousas and will receive an associate’s degree in December 2015.
