The engagement of Miss Holly Claire Bellard to Mr. Ryan Luke Manuel, the son of Carlton and Pam Manuel of Ville Platte, has been announced by her parents, Julius and Toni Fontenot of Ville Platte.
The couple will exchange wedding vows Saturday, May 14, 2016, during a 1 p.m. ceremony at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Washington.
Miss Bellard is a graduate of Sacred Heart High School.
Mr. Manuel is a graduate of Ville Platte High School.
