Mr. Miller, Miss Fournerat united in holy matrimony

St. Patrick Roman Catholic Church in New Orleans provided the setting for a lovely 7 p.m. ceremony Saturday, November 23, uniting Miss Lindsey Michelle Fournerat and Mr. Beau Jonathan Miller in the Sacrament of Holy Matrimony. The nuptial mass was celebrated by Reverend Michael J. Russo.
The bride is the daughter of Patricia Fournerat of Lafayette and the late Daniel Glenn Fournerat. She is a 2001 graduate of Saint Thomas More Catholic High School. She attended the University of Louisiana at Lafayette where she earned a bachelor’s degree in marketing. She is currently employed as a senior registered client associate at Wells Fargo Advisors in Lafayette.
The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Anthony Miller of Ville Platte. He is the grandson of Mrs. Gertie Mayeux of Ville Platte. the late Paul Mayeux and the late Eva Fontenot. He is a 1996 graduate of Ville Platte High School and a 2002 graduate of the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, where he received a bachelor’s degree in finance. He has been employed as financial advisor at Morgan Stanley Smith Barney in Lafayette since 2006.
The bride was attended by her matron of honor, Devan Guidry Szczepanski. Bridesmaids were Katie Miller, Kasey Dean George and Amy Landry Barkerding.
The groom was attended by his best man, John Claiborne III. Groomsmen were Caleb Miller, Garrett Reed and Peter Pham.
Amelia Fournerat and Isabella Deshotels served as flower girls. Parker Szczepanski served as ring bearer.
The scriptures and prayer of the faithful were read by Melissa Tirado, Adrienne Ebrahim and Haylie Deshotel.
Offertory gifts were presented by Lane, Brian and Krista Fournerat.
A reception was held following the ceremony at Muriel’s. The night ended with a second line in Jackson’s Square.
The couple left the festivities for a honeymoon in the Maldives. Upon their return, they will reside in Lafayette.
