Mr. Nelson, Miss Elliott plan April nuptials

The engagement of Miss Rebecca Ann Elliott to Mr. Robert Gerald Nelson, the son of John Nelson of Lafayette and Sheila Billings of Oakdale, has been announced by her parents, Mack and Sherry King of Lake Cove.
The couple will exchange wedding vows Saturday, April 18, 2015, during a 3 p.m. ceremony at the home of Patrick and Kristie West in Oakdale.
Miss Elliott, whose mother is the former Sherry Suba of Pineville, is the granddaughter of Joe and Doris Suba and the late Murphy and Maude King.
Mr. Nelson’s mother is the former Sheila Willis of Oakdale. He is the grandson of Elva Mae Nelson,the late Woodrow Nelson, Betty Willis and the late Huey Willis.
