Mr. Soileau, Miss Menard plan June nuptials

The engagement of Miss Alyssa Nicole Menard to Mr. Brandon Wade Soileau, the son of Wade “Bo” and Kathy Soileau of Ville Platte, has been announced by her parents, Quentin and Stephanie Perrodin and Chris Menard of Ville Platte.
The couple will exchange wedding vows Friday, June 17, 2016, during a 6:30 p.m. ceremony at Our Lady Queen of All Saints Catholic Church in Ville Platte. A reception will follow at the Northside Civic Center.
Miss Menard, whose mother is the former Stephanie Fontenot of Ville Platte, is the granddaughter of Kenneth and Carolyn Perrodin, the late Steve Fontenot, the late Gail Perrodin and Ravis and Karleen Menard.
A 2014 graduate of Sacred Heart High School, she is currently pursuing a degree in nursing at McNeese State University in Lake Charles.
Mr. Soileau’s mother is the former Kathy Brunet of Mamou. He is the grandson of Johanna LaHaye Soileau, the late Wade “Boogie” Soileau, Gerri Granger Brunet and the late James Elden Brunet.
A 2013 graduate of Sacred Heart High School, he is currently pursuing a degree in physical therapy at McNeese State University in Lake Charles.
