Police jury votes to re-hire Chester Granger as public works director

The police jury, during a special meeting Monday, April 28, voted five to three to promote Chester Granger to the parish public works director. Granger was public works director before resigning in May 2012. Dustin Vidrine had been public works director, but he resigned earlier this month.
