Because of expected freezing and snow, all public schools in the parish and Sacred Heart Elementary and High schools will be closed Tuesday and Wednesday. City Hall also will be closed, and Mayor Jennifer Vidrine has issued a travel curfew Tuesday starting at 6 p.m.
