The Blue Birds of Prairie Manor Nursing Home in Pine Prairie held their annual Christmas party at Mrs. Sue’s Restaurant in Turkey Creek. They are looking forward to the next year of helping Prairie Manor residents with whatever needs they may have.

Savoy Medical Center is excited to announce the addition of its new digital mammography machine. It is the newest technology in the area. Patients and their physicians can be confident that they are receiving the most accurate results in the fastest time possible.

The Resident Association of Chateau des Amis is shown with members of the Ville Platte Volunteer Fire Department, who presented a donation of $85 for the Annual Fund Drive.

Residents of Chateau Des Amis recently made a contribution of several boxes of non-perishable goods to the annual Community Food Drive held in December.

Savoy Medical Center and the Evangeline Council on Aging (ECOA) would like to thank all who participated in our Blanket Drive for the Elderly of Evangeline Parish and “Gave the Gift of Warmth!” 100 blankets were collected and then distributed by the Council on Aging.
