A local man lost his life in a house fire late Tuesday night in Ville Platte.
Ville Platte firefighters responded to a structure fire at 1314 MLK Drive in Ville Platte at 10:22 p.m. on Tuesday, where investigators later discovered the body of 55-year-old Jessie Bias.
