It’s summertime and the living is fairly easy in these parts.
But the fish aren’t jumping, at least not at City Lake.
In lake years, the impoundment on the west side of Eunice is past its prime.

The Abbeville Legion Post 29ers have certainly made the first two games of post season play exciting ones. The difference in Friday’s 8-7 loss against the Delhomme Drillers, was that Abbeville finished on the wrong end of the final score.
