MAMOU - In the event of an accident or disaster, would you be prepared to administer CPR? Savoy Medical Center will offer a free class July 19, that will incorporate demonstrations of the American Heart Association’s lifesaving techniques for choking, rescue breathing and CPR for adults, children, and infants.

EUNICE - Funeral services were held for Dea Manuel, 100, of Eunice, at St. Thomas More Catholic Church in Eunice at 1 p.m., Wednesday, July 9. Burial followed in the Mt. Calvary Cemetery.
