Members of the Women of Wisdom group and parents met to discuss ways to assist their girls in becoming leaders in the community, home and school. They also discussed how to teach the girls the value of earning a good education.

Wedding vows uniting Kelli Brooke Hargrave and Dr. Joseph Ryan Smolarz were exchanged on Saturday, April 26, 2008 at St. Patrick Catholic Church in Galveston, Texas.

Celeste Claire Habetz and Jacob Paul Broussard of Crowley became husband and wife during a nuptial mass held at St. Michael’s Catholic Church at 1 p.m. on Saturday, June 14, 2008. Father Gary Schexnayder officiated the ceremony.

Deanna Marie Ledet and Louis Frederick Saab II, both of Baton Rouge, were united in holy matrimony on Saturday, June 14 during a nuptial mass held at high noon at St. Joseph Cathedral in Baton Rouge. Reverend Gary T. Belsome and Deacon William Blair officiated the ceremony.
