CROWLEY – The Crowley city council met Tuesday evening to consider a variety of topics and
to hold public hearings to consider the condemnation of some local properties.

Sign up under the 2005-2007 Livestock Compensation Program (LCP) and Livestock Indemnity Program (LIP) will end on close of business July 18. All interested producers must apply by no later than July 18. There are no late-filed provisions.

The USDA’s Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) encourages those interested in the Environmental Quality Incentives Program (EQIP) and the Wildlife Habitat Incentives Program (WHIP) to sign-up for the programs by June 27 to be eligible for the current ranking and funding period.
