Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m Tuesday, June 3, 2008 at St. Theresa Catholic Church honoring the life of Eve Duplantis LeMaire, 105, of Erath, who died Friday, May 30, 2008 at Heritage Manor Nursing Home in Abbeville.

Burial will be in St. Paul Cemetery.

DELCAMBRE – A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated for Mrs. Elie David, the former Henrietta Dubois, age 97, Monday, June 2, 2008 at Our Lady of the Lake Catholic Church. Fr. Herb Bennerfield will be the celebrant. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.

The St. Martin School Board is expected to approve the disbursement of June sales tax salary supplements in the amount of $1,000 for all professional employees and $714 for all paraprofessionals during its monthly meeting today (Wednesday).
