Boulet earns honors at Frog City Relays

RAYNE – For the second time in three days, Crowley High’s Steven Boulet stepped up in a big way.

On Monday, Boulet took the spot of injured Tory Carey on two of the Gents’ three relay teams Monday and helped pace the Gents to a second-place finish at Church Point’s Bear Paw Relays.

CECILIA – Big innings were something the Crowley Gents had grown accustomed to in a three-game run leading up to Thursday’s non-district clash with powerhouse Cecilia.

During that stretch, the Gents had scored 54 runs in victories over Northwest, Bunkie and Rayne.
