LAKE CHARLES -- North Vermilion’s Ross Menard shot a 72 Tuesday to win the two-day St. Louis Invitational.

The senior shot a 75 on Monday at the Lake Charles Country Club for a total of 147. Tuesday’s round took place at Gray Plantation. He finished first out of 93 golfers.

ERATH - There may have been a Louisiana black bear siting in Erath earlier this week.
