Over 100 citizens sat through an hour-and-a-half meeting with representatives of the Evangeline Parish School Board Thursday, March 13, to discuss the proposed new construction and renovations of schools in Ward One.

CROWLEY – Funeral services were held at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday, March 15, 2008 at the Duhon Funeral Home Chapel in Crowley for Emmet Cormier of Morse, 86, who died Thursday, March 13, 2008 at Kaplan Memorial Hospital.

Rev. Lloyd Singley officiated the service.
