The staff of Heritage Manor recently celebrated National Activities Professionals Week. The activity director and staff were recognized for the wonderful activities and care they provide to the residents to keep them active and entertained at the facility.

January 27, Meeting

VFW Post #3803 and the Ladies’ Auxiliary prepared the monthly donated barbecue meal for residents of Heritage Manor on January 14. This month’s meal was sponsored by CenturyLink. They also presented the organization’s annual donation for resident bingo games for the upcoming year.

Attention Ville Platte High School Class of 1985, the 30-year reunion meetings will resume on the following dates: February 19, March 19, and the last meeting will be held on April 24. The last day to collect funds for the 30-year reunion will also be April 24.

Hayleigh Katherine Bogard, the daughter of Jeff and Heather Bogard of Reddell, will celebrate her fourth birthday with a party at Dance Technique and Performance on Saturday, January 24, 2015. Her birthday is January 25. The party theme will be "Frozen." Grandparents are C.J.

The Magnolia Garden Club held its monthly meeting on Monday, January 12, at the home of Lynn Landreneau, with president Mable Foreman presiding. Eleven members were in attendance.
