Troupe d'Evangeline Community Theatre is pleased to announce its latest production, "The Princess and the Pea." Rehearsals are underway, and the performance will be held at 7 p.m., Tuesday, August 5, at the Northside Civic Center.

“A Century of Leading, Competing, and Succeeding” was the theme of the 100th Annual 4-H University held on the Louisiana State University campus in Baton Rouge June 17-20. Forty-one 4-H’ers from Evangeline Parish participated this year.
