BOY — Mitchell Royce Fletcher was born at 7:38 a.m. February 19, 2017 at Acadian Regional Medical Center in Eunice to Kimberly Taylor and Layne Fletcher, of Ville Platte.
Baby Fletcher weighed six pounds, seven ounces.

An LSU AgCenter workshop on the use of unmanned aerial vehicles, or drones, in agriculture will be held March 16 at the State Evacuation Shelter on U.S. Highway 71 south of Alexandria.
