The Mamou Police Department recently reported the following 9 arrests:
• Leo Edwards, 1611 East Park Apt. 8, Eunice, was arrested December 27, 2016 for theft.
• Leslie Jones, 819 North Reed Rd., Ville Platte, was arrested December 28, 2016 for theft of goods.

The following individuals failed to appear in the Ville Platte City Court. Bench warrants have been issued by Judge Gregory Vidrine, for these individuals, for their failure to appear in court on traffic tickets and other misdemeanor charges for the months of December 2016.
