Arthur Ceasar found guilty of distribution Tuesday

Arthur Blake Ceasar was found guilty by a jury of his peers Tuesday, July 15, in 13th Judicial District Judge Thomas Fuselier’s courtroom on three charges: possession with intent to distribute ecstasy, possession with intent to distribute cocaine and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
