Beggs, Daigle announce engagement

Heather Nicole Daigle and Scott Daniel Beggs, both of Crowley; will become husband and wife during a 7 p.m. nuptial mass on May 17, at St. Michael Catholic Church. Father Gary Schexnayder will officiate the ceremomy.

The bride-elect is the daughter of Angelia Daigle and the late Russell Daigle of Eunice. She is the granddaughter of Nancy Dietz and the late Paul Marcantel and the late Jeanette Arnold, all of Eunice.

Heather is a graduate of Iota High School and is currently attending Louisiana Academy of Beauty.

The groom-elect is the son of Dan and Debbie Beggs of Crowley. He is the grandson of Andrew and Jackie Huesers of Crowley and Kathleen and the late Francis Beggs of Jonesville, Wisconsin.

Scott is a graduate of Notre Dame High School. He also attended T.H. Harris for industrial electronics and is currently employed by Oceaneering Intl’ as a ROV supervisor.
