Chuck West named interim court magistrate in Mamou

During the Mamou Council meeting Wednesday night, July 14, attorney Chuck West was selected to serve as interim court magistrate to fill in for current magistrate Bruce Rozas, who will be on leave until the end of August. West was sworn in as interim magistrate Thursday, July 15, by 13th Judicial Judge Thomas Fuselier.
