City Hall watching

Sixteen cameras now survey various points in City Hall on a 24-hour basis.

Over the weekend, Eunice Loss Prevention installed wiring, cameras and software providing round-the-clock video surveillance at the seat of city government.

Four of the cameras are installed in the city courtroom, the remainder are spread throughout the building.

The $13,000 cost is being paid by City Court and General Fund revenues.
