Heritage Manor News: Operation Kris Kringle

We are getting ready for our fourth annual Kris Kringle program. December is always by far our busiest month and we don’t have much time left to prepare for all of the fun things lined up. Our biggest objective is to make sure that each and every resident will receive a gift of their own. Each one is very precious to us and we like to personalize their gifts, just as you do at home. If you are interested in adopting a resident for Christmas, please call or come by and we will assist you in choosing your preference of male or female and give you sizes and gift ideas. Our Christmas party will be held Wednesday, December 19, at 4 p.m. in the dining room. Santa will make an appearance and there will be entertainment by Ed Thib and the Acadiana Jammers. Family and friends are invited to attend. Please call the facility to let us know how many will be attending in your group and what covered dish you will be bringing. The dementia unit Christmas party will be held Thursday, December 20, at 2 p.m. in the dementia unit dining room. A door decorating contest is in progress, and doors will be judged on December 20. First and second place will be awarded to residents and staff.
