Couple makes wedding plans

Mr. and Mrs. Keith Comeaux of New Iberia proudly announce the engagement and upcoming marriage of their daughter, Ashley Renee' Comeaux of Lafayette to Robert Carl Hurlburt of Beaumont, son of Bobby and Nancy Hurlburt also of Beaumont.

The candlelight ceremony will be held on Saturday, April 26, at St. Michael Church in Crowley.

Monsignor Russell Harrington will officiate the ceremony.

A reception will be held immediately following the ceremony at the bride's grandparents' house in Estherwood.

Ashley is the granddaughter of Ernie P. and Sylvia Broussard of Estherwood, and Genny Comeaux and the late Raymond Comeaux of New Iberia. She is a graduate of Catholic High School in New Iberia, and of Louisiana State University. She is involved in the Louisiana Restaurant Association, Business Networks International, and Junior League of Lafayette. She is currently employed by Automatic Payroll Systems as a client representative.

Robert is the grandson of Rose Rinando and the late Frank C. Rinando, Sr, of Beaumont, and the late Raymond M. Hurlburt and Ruth Hurlburt of Waco. He is a graduate of Monsignor Kelly High School in Beaumont and of Louisiana State University, where he was a member of Delta Chi Fraternity. He is currently employed by Beaumont Brick and Stone as an outside sales representative.

After the wedding, the couple will reside in Beaumont.
