Crowley Police arrest three for armed robbery

CROWLEY – Crowley Police have concluded the investigation into an armed robbery of a pizza delivery person which occurred in the 100 block of East Ash Street. The incident occurred on June 6th at approximately 11:30 p.m.

Police responded to a report of a robbery, where three (3) suspects approached the victim and demanded his money. The suspects were wearing bandanas in an attempt conceal their identity during the robbery. The victim was struck several times by the suspects and was transported to a local hospital for minor injuries. Officers were unable to locate suspects during the initial report.

During a follow up investigation by officers, the identity of three (3) suspects were obtained. Investigators followed up with this information and were able to identify and arrest three suspects for armed robbery.

Suspects arrested were: Damion Sheppard, 18 of Crowley; Corey B. Cormier, 17 of Crowley; and a 14-year-old juvenile of Crowley.
