Emergency Declaration Establishes No-Wake Rule

On Thursday, April 17, Parish Government issued the following:

BE IT KNOWN that the Honorable Guy Cormier, Parish President, acting pursuant to the declaration of a state of emergency issued on March 28, 2008, and in accordance with the authority conferred upon him by La. R.S. 29:727, does hereby establish an Idle – No Wake Zone for all public waterways located in lower St. Martin Parish, Louisiana.
