Gamble, Fontenot engaged

Russell and Yvonne Gamble of Lafayette are pleased to announce the engagement and forth coming wedding of their daughter, Amanda to Jeff Fontenot of Broussard, son of Greg and Sue Fontenot of Branch.

The bride-to-be is the granddaughter of Alfred and Renella Ledet and Jackie Gamble and the late Wallace “Buck” Gamble.

Amanda is a graduate of St. Thomas More High School and University of Louisiana at Lafayette where she earned a degree in psychology.

The groom-elect is the grandson of Norma Castille and the late Dudley Castille and Rodney and Mabel Fontenot.

Jeff is a graduate of Notre Dame High School and Louisiana Technical College.

The couple will be married on June 21, 2008 at Sacred Heart Church in Broussard.

Following the exchanging of their wedding vows the couple will reside in Broussard.
