Hebert, Bellon to exchange wedding vows in June

David and Beth Hebert of Iota are please to announce the engagement and upcoming wedding of their daughter, Susan Marie to Kristopher John Bellon, son of John and Karla Bellon of Egan.

The bride-to-be is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Clayton Brooks of Conover, North Carolina and Mrs. Catherine Brooks of Calvert City, Kentucky.

Susan is a 2005 graduate of Iota High School and is currently attending McNeese State University where she is majoring in early childhood education.

The groom-elect is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. John Bellon of Tepetate, Louisiana and Mr. and Mrs. Ronald Dommert of Egan.

Kristopher is a 2003 graduate of Iota High School and attended Louisiana State University at Eunice. He is currently employed with Island Operating Company.

The wedding date is set for Friday, June 27, at 7 p.m. at Our Lady Help of Christians Catholic Church in Jennings with Father McMillan officiating the ceremony.

After the wedding the couple will reside in Iota.
