Lady Cats roll past LaGrange

Eunice pitcher Andrea Kramer threw a 2-hit shutout and the Lady Cats offense rapped seven hits and drew 12 free passes in the easy 13-0 win over LaGrange.

The Lady Cats scored one run in the first, two runs in the second and added three more in the third inning.

EHS put the game away when the Lady Cats exploded for seven runs in the bottom of the fourth stanza.

EHS will face Northwest at 11:50 a.m. Saturday in the St. Landry Parish softball tournament held at Opelousas High.

A win against the Lady Raiders would put Eunice in the tournament finals set for 3:00 or 3:30 p.m.
