Lady Trojans shut out Lady Bulldogs

The Lady Trojans of Sacred Heart completed their season sweep of the Lady Bulldogs of Ville Platte High. They picked up an 11-0 victory and ended the game in five innings, via the 10-run mercy rule.

Logan Hebert got the win in the circle and improved her overall record to 12-5 on the year. She went all five innings and picked up a no-hitter. She was also 2-2 at the plate with a run batted in. Courtney Ramirez was 2-3 on the day. She stroked a double in the contest. Julie Enicke was 1-2 with two runs batted in and Samantha Davenport was 1-3 with a double. Sarah Dupre was 1-3 with a pair of RBIs and Danyelle Fontenot drove a run in.

Kaitlyn Fontenot suffered the loss for the Lady Bulldogs.
